Absolutely horrible customer service one blonde lady and an Asian lady they were having bare attitude to my mum just because she had a problem with her card. I will be reporting you guys fix up your sticky attitude.

Absolutely didn't help to people.. seriously I feel like trash, my dad over 70 try to open an account, on Woolwich brunch, close to home, then he went to work as truck driver long distance. Now nearest brunch just said sorry your bills is to blurry, your statement from building society is not permitted, for duck sake, how long it will be ? To open freaking account.. hell not I'll recommend to use this bank. They are human less

They have two deposit machines. I don't think I've ever seen both of them actually working at the same time. And today, both are broken.Long queue and a 4PM closing time on a Monday. Are there any businesses that offer shorter opening hours than banks? Maybe consular services when you're abroad. They're also a collection of lazy individuals.The staff were polite and pleasant. They do deserve stars for that.

Very disappointed with the behaviour of the help desk lady. I went at the bank to open a bank account after waiting and passing from one worker to another i was attended by the help desk lady which name wasn't showed ,the lady cancelled my online account request since i had put one letter by mistake refusing to correct or to proceed to open a bank account telling me 8 month pregnant to go home and apply one more time. I told the lady that this is an issue for me because it's difficult to do so in my condition but anyway she refused to help me sending me back. I had to go away make another online application and return to queue again from the beginning. At the end one of the workers a very kind lady that worked at the cashier desk helped me and in five minutes everything was done

Would give zero stars if I could. Been waiting 16 days now to receive a new pin number. Yesterday they sent me a new debit card which I didn't ask for or need, but still no pin number. I phoned and told them its now the weekend and I urgently need cash to get food etc. They said there's nothing they can do. This is now the 3rd time this has happened and the branch is shut on Saturday so I'm stuffed with no cash. Will be changing banks very soon.
