The guy took the parcels- 6 of them and then point blank refused to stamp the receipts even though they say clearly they need to be stamped as proof of postage. The post office is a family friendly place to be all staff and polite and curious to all customer. They are happy to help you with your transaction

Staff are rude & uneducated!
All my items I send are pre paid, I was told that "we no longer accept pre paid items" and that they could not give out proof of postage as the service is not valid anymore.
I've filed a complaint against the uneducated person as i have clarified that nothing states they are no longer accepting pre paid items.
Staff are old & ridiculously slow at their job, if they're too tired to complete your transactions they'll ask you to go to another branch as I was told!

I was served by the African man I think heâ??s the manager. He was very rude and unprofessional. He had ALOT of attitude ð???.
