The behaviour of the staff is unacceptable. I had my delivery card on photo(both sides), plus my id , credit cards, I even had a letter with my name and address on and still he refused to give me my parcel. I told him I had to walk for 30 mins so I need 1 hour to collect a parcel each time and I didn't had another time to collect it and he wouldn't even let me talk! He was just keep telling me to leave because I won't get the parcel. I had the collection card on photo if I was a thief I would steal it, not take it a photo! People need to start using your brain and stop being a robot that's how businesses die or/and get replace by robots..

my post tracking status shows it been delivered by this post office when its actually not, I contacted the royal mail customer service 4 days ago and they told me they will investigate in 3 days and the 4th day will eventually arrive my post to my address, today was the 4th day and yet I didn't receive my post, tomorrow morning I will go to this post office as a person and see what happens, THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING :(

I'm really outraged and really and want to complain to the woman who has to deliver my shipments..it happens regularly and is no exception. I am regularly left with a card trying to deliver the parcels but I am not at home or when I am at home I do not receive a card and in the tracking of my parcels it is noted that I have missed delivery.This is not very convenient and engaging for me Saturday to go to an office to get themthis week is againon Friday i was supposed to receive my shipment but i didn't even get a card and it was noted that they tried to deliver it to me and how can i believe the lady in question came to my house at all after i have no cardI am at home all day on Saturday and again no second shipment was delivered to me and again I do not have a card for it and I check the tracking and again "sorry but we didn't find anyone to deliver it"it's so outrageous ... the same thing every weeki think the idea of ??paid for door delivery is exactly what I am not going to your office every weekI don't think the woman in question is able to do the job she is paid for

on the address as an ox is written: house number street + additional information door and apartment color. and what those illiterate colorblinders. take to a different address because there is the same house number on the other side but a different color of the apartment and the door !! there is only one English man around 55-60 years old. he is very honest nice smiling. he distributes letters to the given address. I wish you a merry Christmas a lot of health and a happy new year 2020

2 weeks ago your staff delivered mail for the right door number but different street. Last week mail was left outside on the doorstep. Today mail was delivered to the right street but different door number. I can understand someone may be having a bad day but this is a series of recurring errors. In short in needs to be addressed please.

This Royal Delivery Service is a disgrace.. On few occasions and in particular at my last visit, we started with a queue of three people - which gradually build up - all waiting to pick up parcels as the postman (which is another story in itself) did not do his job in the first place. Anyway as I said the queue grew and no one at the service point responded until we eventually decided to call Head Office.. Who in return tried several times reaching the staff working at this branch with no success.. We left without collecting our goods more than 1/2 hour later.. We all took details from Head Office in order to complain about Royal Mail Leeds Street in Edmonton
