Possibly the place with the rudest people ever. Also it looks like no one wants to work as there were about 8 staff members and they were all on their phones or chatting. No attention given to the customer. I wish i hadnt gone into this shop.

I visited the shop on 2nd January for a SIM card replacement, expecting a straightforward process. The female staff member attended to me, recorded my details, and then alarmed me by stating my number was canceled. I explained that EE customer service had only blocked it after I lost my phone. The assistant requested an ID, which I provided, and mentioned my photo would be taken for facial recognitionThe assistant took my picture from a distance where I could barely see myself. The system didn't recognize me, so I suggested taking a closer picture. Despite my suggestion, she took another photo from a distant perspective with no success. The assistant returned, stating the system is now down, and advised me to come back in an hour. I questioned why it would take an hour when the system might start working in 10 minutes. My skepticism led her to refuse further service, saying, 'I will not serve you now'.Disappointed, I went to Hounslow high street EE shop, where the assistant efficiently processed my request. He took my details, captured a close-up photo, and provided me with a new SIM card. I shared my Uxbridge experience with him after, and he found it amusing. What a top guy 5*

The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and sorted out my issue explaining all the options. Complete opposite of the 150 customer service team who are quite frankly useless

Before becoming a Local Area Guide I had given EE Phones four stars. But I have now increased this to five stars. Because without their help and support I would not be able to do all the useful things that I have been able to do.

During a recent visit to the EE store, I found the experience to be faultless and exceptional which was provided by one particular employee. Tas Chowdowry was extremely helpful and provided the utmost diligence in his approach in dealing with us. His professionalism, genuine interest in resolving and attention to detail was great. Tas is an asset to the company. Keep up the great work

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the EE store in Uxbridge, and I am compelled to share my exceptional experience with one particular employee, Fatima. Her outstanding service and dedication truly left a lasting impression on me, as she went above and beyond to solve a problem that had previously proved insurmountable at other EE shops.She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, demonstrated a genuine interest in helping me find a solution and genuinely empathized with my situation. Well done EE? I?ll probably stay after all!

Very good customer care, they spent time explaining phone and options for payment, went beyond helpful. I have been a customer for years, and I would recommend EE to anyone.Also, if you're older and not very knowledgeable, they will help you, just pop in and see one of their helpful members of staff.

Had a very bad experience.They wasted my 30 mins without providing a proper resolution. I booked an appointment for 11:30 and reached there exactly at the same time. There were a queue with some people waiting. I told the staff clearly that I have booked an appointment in advance but they didn't bother and asked me to wait in the queue. After that they attended other people. Then my question is for what the heck they keep appointment if they can't serve customers. Why should I book an appointment in advance if I need to be in the walk in queue at the store.The staff who attended my issue didn't have any technical knowledge and I had to show him the battery settings etc. I had a battery issue with my S20+ and I went for replacing it. I didn't know they won't do battery replacement nor their website mentioned anything like that. The guy examined my phone and didn't do anything useful at all or simply asked me to contact Samsung after wasting further 5-10 minutes. May be I don't have any contracts with them that's why they served me like this. Overall, I will never visit here again!
