Absolutely horrible service. For the 9th day they're unable to solve my account issue. If I come to the branch, they tell me to call, if I call they tell me to come to the branch. At this point I find myself in the branch once every 2 days for the SAME issue only to hear them tell me the same things. Nobody wants to actually help the client, they only want to send you to someone else. The biggest mistake I made was making an account with them instead of the others with known good customer service. I rue the day I entered their doors.

Very happy with the service provided by Raj today.However, the system whereby customers queue to speak to someone is not very private. I was side by side with another customer and he was asked about his salary. The customer service lady clarified his salary in a voice loud enough for me to hear. I felt awkward and feel there must be a better set-up than this open counter right by the door.

I went today to upgrade my Hsbc advance account to a Premier account. Although the process of upgrade (visiting branch and further telephone appointment) was not convenient , I was happy with the sincere efforts of Raj from the HSBC Uxbridge branch who took pains to schedule the appointment in my time crunch situation. Thank you so much and will be happy to go back to him again !!

Absolutely disgraceful branch. I went in early March to open up a current account, nobody wants to help. I didn?t receive news for 3 whole months and I had to be the one to go in or call them in order to receive information about my account. Every-time the story was different, I sent in my grandmother in to check upon my application as it had taken so long and they were terribly rude to her and refused to speak with me on the phone when I am the person filling in the application. I called and was transferred to about 6 different people, each who had less of a clue than the last, I asked to cancel my application and 3 days later they magically open my account thinking I am still interested. I filled in a complaint form via their website and was contacted by someone who schedules a call with me at a certain time and cannot fulfill their promise. Unbelievable behaviour.

Awful branch! It?s not the first time they were awkward. A few month ago they did not accept a cash deposit over the counter and did not advise that I could have deposited money into the cash machine without being asked silly questions. Today they did not accept an old pound coin, while Lloyds was happy to accept. The manager just as useless as the over the counter staff.

I came in to open a bank account as a foreigner and within the hour everything was done. Jar took care of me, he was very helpful and efficient. After having trouble to open an account for a month with Lloyds and Barclays, it was a relief to finally find a place with such a good service. Would 100% recommend

Absolute disgrace. I walk in and have to search for a staff to assist me with printing statement. Then I find one and she tells me to wait in the queue to the cashier. After 20 minutes of waiting, the cashier doesn't even bother greeting me and all she had to say is "how can I help" with a moody face. I asked if I could use alternatives to print statement and she told me I could have used the machine. I told her why wasn't I advised this by your colleague and she just ignored it and asked me "what do you want?" In a very rude voice tone. Who hires these people? Do they pick them up from homeless shelter with no experience? Is this how HSBC trains their staff? What a joke!!

Both counters were vacant. The tellers completely ignored me, didn't even look up, and carried on doing whatever they were doing until the manager told them to acknowledge me. I dealt with Marie, a very simple matter of a transaction that had not gone through and I needed to know why. She went silent for a good minute while poring over the screen, which made me nervous, so I asked what she was looking at so intently. She snapped back at me raising her voice, which she later denied.This is the worst customer service I've ever had in any bank, ever. I'm 52 years old.9/3/2022

About 15yrs since I moved to Uxbridge n used my HSBC.Every time going there was like family.After closing Uxbridge brunch for months n reopened.I went there as usual paying my few bill on self service machines.I saw few new faces n needed bit of help.The service I got from him wasn't good at all n very unfriendly.I wasn't happy at all..
