I recently had the pleasure of ordering a pizza from Papa Jones Uxbridge, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The pizza was prepared with remarkable speed, yet the quality was anything but rushed. It was evident that each ingredient was fresh, and the flavors blended together harmoniously to create a truly delicious meal. The crust was perfectly baked, with just the right amount of crispiness, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and outstanding food at Papa Jones. I will definitely be returning soon and recommending it to all my friends and family. Keep up the fantastic work!

Good pizzas and sides, always taste fresh and of quality. Prompt delivery and never had any issues, collection also efficient and plenty of parking on road outside. Staff are very helpful and friendly too.

All I can say, they can't even cook frozen jalapeño poppers ( they meant to pop in your mouth not in the fryers) empty cheesless breadcrumbs, shame...Food came after 1 hour obviously cold and I live litteraly 3 minutes drive from the place

Ordered two large pizzas online to collect in store. Collection was fast and staff were friendly. The taste and quality of the pizza was okay, not the best. Was happy with the quantity of toppings though. The special garlic dips didn't taste much of garlic for me, mostly butter. The garlic and herb dip was nice, if only there was more of it.

Every day worse. I used to be a Papa Johns enthusiast. In the last 7 years I was able to develope a good relationship between my local Papa Johns and myself. I lived in Camden, Ealing, Haringey and Kings Cross and It was always amazing at the point to have my order sent after just seeing my number on the display. Here in Uxbridge is different. The pizzas look empty, I think the are really focused in save money instead of make customer happy, they put the same amount of toppings in a medium than an XXL. Today I was driving after long day at work without lunch, I tried to make my regular order by phone at the price I usually get. The guy asked me if I want the offer I have to stop my car and make it through the web. Well. I am already writing this review in the pizza restaurant three block down street. Never again.

Order pizza today Sunday 13 March. The delivery driver didn't deliver to the door, I had to go outside on high street opposite tesco, to collect the order from him. On top of that he was calling me to tell me to hurry up because he couldn't park anywhere. On a Sunday evening. The driver was rud, driving a grey Honda civic. So no more pizza from Papa Jones for me.

I have order with Papa Johns before. Used the Papa Johns app and ordered a large pizza, got a mediam and it was cold and not cut, (had get a knife and cut into equal pieces). I called them two times they where nit helpful at all. Shoddy custmer service. Maybe its becuase I used the app itself. Papa Johns you just lost a customer, well done.
