Just went to collect my order and was told they are closing already at 6pm even though the web says closing time 8pm. All would be good, but the attitude from the staff was horrible. The person clearly was in a hurry to close the shop and demonstrated that very well. Sad

Some time ago I bought some discounted jewellery from another branch (Oxford Street I think). I was impressed with the price and the jewellery design had a very special look of bling about it.I also had purchased a pair of jet black Crew trainers with a piece of gold bling on each heel from the Liverpool branch.( they really shone in the dark)My last visit to the Chimes branch was to try on a pair of trousers. The trousers were okay but I didn't purchase them because I wanted to browse some additional stores. To see what else was on offer. I eventually found an alternative pair of trousers with a two tone black and grey design,zipped pockets and weather proof.

Some people complain about having to order stuff in but it is a small store so accommodating everyone and everything at all times can be impossible. I have some nice experiences in there. Guys stuff in general is minor compared to how much women?s stuff there is but I still find everything I want when I walk into river island. Staff are great too, which is awesome. Id definitely recommend em. :)

Really disappointed 3 staff huddled together on shop floor swearing. Unhelpful when I asked if an item was in stock.then the same 3 talking around the men's section after I had paid for my item.they could of actually helped the girls on the till who were clearly doing thee best with the queue.

one star one for the pure reason of they carry nothing but little boy sizes. They never carry a man size and every time you want a double xxl it?s always you have to order online thos shop would be such an improvement if they made plus size people like myself better when you can actually walk into the shop and pick up a size that fits you right instead of having to order it online
