Slow about 50% of the times I've used them. I last ordered for collection so I could see what takes them so long. They told me to come in 20 minutes. When I arrived my pizza was only just going into the pizza. Based on the number of order slips they had hanging up they didn't seem that busy. Not sure what the delay is due to.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tops Tiles to choose tiles for my bathroom renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The staff at Tops Tiles were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, particularly when it came to choosing the perfect tiles for my project.I ended up going with the Emberton Grey tiles, which Raj recommended and this has completely transformed my bathroom. The quality of the tiles is outstanding, and the colour is exactly what I was looking for - neutral but stylish. I couldn't have made a better choice!The customer service at Tops Tiles was also exceptional. Very spacious inside, well laid out, easy to walk round, staff very friendly and helpful if you need them. Parking available , no need to try other outlets all you need is here for your job big or small.

First visit. Staff incredibly friendly. Hello as I entered. Further Hellos as I passed through the store. This all followed up by unprompted offers of assistance as was heading towards the till/exit. Answered all my questions professionally and promptly. Very satisfied with my experience here.

Excellent service. Always friendly and helpful staff. Shop manager shows lots of initiative. Great design ideas compared to other stores. We bought our kitchen and three bathroom tiles there as best buying experience ever. Highly recommended.
