Post office on first floor. 5 counters, only 1 open at any time for service. Average queue wait time is over an hour. This is the only Post Office in Central Uxbridge High Street. Unacceptable. Avoid unless you cannot easily make your way to another Post office.

Terrible, rude and unprofessional piece of work behind the counter!!!!! Never seen so awful customer service anywhere. "Lady" picks up the phone with angry tone and end up the call immediately saying she's busy didn't even listen what you say ! Do something about it just sorry for your experience doesn't enough....

Visit today 06/05/22.Unprofessional, terrible customer service. The manager was extremely unhelpful, very cold to my enquiries, no help or whatsoever. It was like talking to an ice wall.Came out so upset and angry about the whole situation.

Customer service is really bad staff leave the tills whenever they like and keep the queue waiting. Machines ask for staff assistance but there?s never assistance available so you wait for a while

The staff (managers/customer service agents) working at the WH Smith branch in Uxbridge are absolutely perfect to the very highest degree! They are great listeners, well dressed, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. You do not have to wait for a very long time. They are and do an impeccably flawless/immaculate job! All members do an absolutely perfect job and are impeccably flawless/immaculate when it comes to health and safety!

only ever 2 people on the counters in the post office. Huge ques always. There are no more than 3 staff members in this post office one of whom just stands at the self service till and never jumps on to help out with the que. Appalling that they got rid of staff really bad service. This is the only post office in Uxbridge town centre and is very bad.

Horrendous post office, if you can call it that. Rude staff, barely anyone working there now - ONE STAFF MEMBER serving at the counter at the run up to Christmas is a farce. The self-service machines are constantly out of order or just closed, probably because there is no staff member to attend to them. It is just not fit for purpose. Uxbridge needs a LARGE post office that is well staffed. This tin pot, tiny place in the back of the top floor of WHSMITH is clearly too small and too poorly staffed to cope with the sheer volume of customers. Every time I have been there it has been an unmitigated nightmare and my average wait is 40 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs.

WHS = We Hate Standards. Another award for this shocking visit made to this branch. A bunch of clueless and robotic individuals who simply are unable to engage and excite. It gets worse as there's also a side wall with an array of would be Banksys who have simply delivered anything but a masterpiece. Close this store down and retrain the management to deliver excellence and basics as this surely is unacceptable. Covid plan? What Covid plan - look at the sanitation station upon entry - a horrific first impression.

Bit tired and muddled here, could do with an update. Long queues at the upstairs post office. Unwanted vouchers given out with every purchase. Forever moving items around in the store.
