One of the most unprofessional salons I?ve ever been to. I usually have Krishna but as she was away, I had someone else to thread my eyebrows and wax my upper lip. This other woman was terrible at it. She doesn?t know how to wax at all as she applied it all over the top of my lip instead of above my upper lip. She used the same wax applicator to reapply the wax with her bare hands instead of using a new one each time with gloves on. She messed up one of my eyebrows, making them look uneven so now one is thicker than the other. The owner is also very unprofessional and they all pull faces, pretend they don?t understand what I?m saying and a lot more polite to their white customers. They keep pestering me to wax my eyebrows when I specifically asked to thread them because they want to charge more money. Despite being a regular customer there, I will never attend again. Please save your skin and eyebrows and go to a real salon where the staff are actually professional, qualified and know what they are doing when waxing and threading.

Came in to have my eyebrows threaded and top lip waxed. My eyebrows weren?t finished properly as the centre of my eyebrows weren?t done well and the brows needed trimming. My top lip was shambles. Double dipped the wax applicator, used bare, unwashed hands to remove the wax and the wax was open and pre heated. I now have an ugly rash most likely from the bacteria from the place. DO NOT GO HERE, save your skin and go to a real salon.Services: Body waxing

they make the prices of treatments up on the spot and randomly overcharge according to the price leaflet. if you question them on this they make up excuses. please save your money and go somewhere else.Services: Body waxing

Ok place. Bit pricy for all the services and it's not up to that level also fir the price. Still one and only place for everything here. They do have variety of messages, facial etc.They have open threading place.

I went in for eyebrow threading and I had Pallavi do my eyebrows. She made them a beautiful shape. I also had the golden facial and an Indian head massage. Pallavi was amazing and really made my skin look beautiful. She is so gentle and really makes you feel comfortable. The Indian head massage was super relaxing and I felt so relaxed after. Terrible customer service? I have been going here since I moved in Wallington. The customer service has always been extremely poor, but it?s just the convenience of being able to pop in to have my eyebrows done after work every now and again in few minutes.I don?t really have much to complain regarding the treatment itself, the eyebrows are quite well shaped and the eyelid cleared. However, the need more people or they need to learn how to manage more than 1 customer at once.The other day I was left standing at the till because the lady stopped serving in the middle to attend another customer? I had to make a bank transfer as their card machine wasn?t working, keep in mind that I asked when I walked in if I could use the card, NO apologies for the inconvenience, but annoyance that I didn?t have a physical card on me to go and withdraw. I just wanted to pay and get out, but she would not allow me to leave until she could check the payment went through on her phone, even though I showed her the receipt on mine stating that the payment was successful. On top of it, instead of checking she would address other people and leave me there standing.They clearly make up the price as they go, the lady she started servicing asked for a quote on a hairstyle and she was told £75+ even though the week before the same beautician had quoted her. £35.I will have to find a new convenient salon I can go to

Each time they asked me to use wax. I am their usual customer and I always try to ignore minor cuts after every session. But last time, after the hot wax, when she did the threading, she cut my skin all over the area around my brow. And when I complained of a burning sensation in my eyebrow skin, she applied the aloe vera gel. I think she needs to check her eyesight. My skin seemed so awful the next morning as if someone had tortured my skin.Service: Eyebrow threading

I had brow waxing and I asked the therapist to not touch my eyebrow just wax around them. Which she did, then at the end she picked up scissors and trimmed a chunk of my eyebrow to the skin leaving 1/2 inch bald and said now it?s perfect!!! I will never go back. EVERService: Waxing

I had eye lash extensions done here and they look terrible! I wish I could give no stars. Lashes were glued into my lid rather than onto my own single eyelash. There are clumps of black glue at the root of my eyelash- it honestly looks terrible. The lady who did my lashes definitely didn?t know what she was doing. She told me to go home and wash the glue off! I have never heard of getting lashes done and then having to go home and wash the glue off- usually they?d tell you to avoid water/steam.Honestly terrible! Pictures don?t even show how bad it is! But this was the WORST!

So my experience has been 10/10, very nice ladies. I walked in as new customer and I will stay, so first eyebrows have been recommended word of mouth? I am very specific and they really met my standard which is very rare. Extremely happy!Also, I wanted to have mehndi done and the girl stayed behind as I just saw her leaving she got undressed and gladly sat down to do my hand, customer service like this goes a long way! They also gave me tips and tricks on how to make the colour last longer.Overall, I received a loyalty card and a discount, thank you very much for good service I will be sure to try out the wedding makeup.Service: Eyebrow threading
