I'd like to acknowledge Klesy, the administrator, who was exceptional in providing support throughout my experience.- However, my overall experience was somewhat mixed. I was initially asked about my insurance coverage, which led to additional tests being performed, creating some uncertainty.- I found the situation quite perplexing as the practice initially advertised instant claims if a person has insurance. However, I didn't receive immediate acknowledgment of this on-site, and I was informed that further communication would occur over the phone. To my dismay, I also noticed an additional charge of £7 on my bill. This experience was truly disappointing and falls well below acceptable standards.- Additionally, the attempt at humor from the dentist, while well-intentioned, didn't quite hit the mark, and it didn't ease my discomfort as intended.- What was most frustrating, though, was the extensive questionnaire I completed, consisting of around 25 questions, which appeared to go unnoticed. I had hoped for more attention to detail in this regard.- Overall, my visit left me feeling somewhat unsettled, despite the positive aspects of the administrative support provided by Klesy.

Faye and Valerie were exceptional with their care for a very nervous patient. They were sincere in their actions and treatment of me and handled my fears with great care, as a result I felt heard, secure and confident to trust them to provide me with what has been the best dental care I've ever had. Would highly recommend them along with the receptionist team. This is more than just a work for them it's their passion.

Faye has been the most amazing dentist I?ve ever had. Faye?s work is nothing short of perfection, she supported and guided me through the Invisalign & composite bonding process from start to finish. Nothing was too much and the service I received was second to none. Faye would regularly call me to check in on how I was doing outside of working hours which was a lovey touch. She is extremely professional and has the best standards of work.I?m extremely happy with the results ???The reception team were also amazing ? ????

I called at 9am to ask for an emergency appointment, the receptionist asked if I was registered there and I said not yet but I can do it today. And first she goes all our appointments are all gone sorry, when I told her I called yesterday and someone said I can get one in the morning, then she goes oh I?m not the only receptionist here maybe the other receptionist give it away the emergency appointment, how the emergency appointments run out when I was the first in the line I called 9:00. I?ve never seen nhs staff treats people with soo much disrespectful like that. Very disgusted.

I went in to fix a broken tooth and was only given information about private prices for the repair (white filling/crown), not told about cheaper NHS options. I later cancelled the repair slot (private) and asked to get seen to get it done on the NHS and I was told dentists don't share notes and I needed to be reassessed and pay again! Receptionists are rude and the practice is only interested in charging as much as possible privately. I will be looking to move dentists ASAP.

Called at 1.30pm on a Saturday with excruciating nerve pain down the side of my face,head & jaw.The receptionist was extremely helpful & got the dentist Faye to call me back.Got a appointment for 5pm & by 6pm was on my way back home with the tooth extracted.Excellent service by a very professional team.

I had been with this dentist for many years and felt they looked after my teeth very well and although the dentists I saw changed frequently, I was still happy to stay with them and the reception staff always friendly. However, the last time I went about 3 years ago, Grace told me I needed two fillings. When my partner suggested I try his Dentist, I went along and was told I didn't need two fillings! Haven't been back since.

Lovely experience I had.Got my first appointment quite quick.My new dentist is such an amazing Doctor.Faye is really straight forward. Very professional, polite and kind.Not realy sure if i got the right vibes from assistant. But thought maybe on second visit my opinion will change, but it didn't.Im putting 5 stars as Faye is really good at what she does and I did enjoyed the given treatment.Looking forward for my next appointmentHighly recommendBig thanks to You again
