I absolutely love it here, there's always such a massive range of items, including a large electricals section. The turnover is so speedy, I've made the mistake of going home to think about an item a couple of times, and they've always been gone by the time I got back. Staff are very friendly and helpful, which just adds to the pleasant experience!

Buyer beware, bought a sewing machine from them. Both me and my mother couldn't get it to work tried to return it, sadly the 1 month window had pass. I knew I should have returned it as soon as I couldn't get it to work. I however was trying to give it a fare chance.

I love this place. I bought a round table that folds with 4 chairs, a chair table combination and a coffee table all for £60. The staff here go above and beyond, helping to load your car and chat away with you too. For the people saying that stuff is sold to auctions- you don't look hard enough! Photos of my furniture in the shop and now styled at home :) Thanks guys.

Never anything decent in stock anymore. I have a feeling the staff are selling good bits off to local antique dealers before offering them for sale in the shop. Shouldn't be allowed on items donated to a charity.

Contacted two weeks ago to try and donate two leather and wood two seater sofas, 18 months old from a home with two adults and no children. Two guys turned up this morning and took about three seconds to tell me, "this isn't the sort of thing our cusromers want" So Emmaus will NOT be used again or recommended to anyone by me. I'll send it to the tip in future !!!

Lovely friendly staff and very helpful. Great prices and lots to choose from. I will definitely be back again I had a brilliant day out looking around, and managed to buy a wardrobe and lots of other nicknacks. Would highly recommend
