It was my first time going to Healing Hands. I received a warm welcome and all the staff were really friendly. The treatment rooms and salon are beautifully presented.I have had a few disc problems and a very stressful time recently. I've been seeing a physio and a chiropractor, and they recommended that I get a massage to help with tension in my neck.I thought I'd booked a relaxing full body massage, and was so looking forward to a bit of R&R. I was therefore a little bit surprised when my masseuse Pom began the manipulations, but as I hadn't been before, just went along with it. I've had Thai massage before anyway and usually find it very nurturing and relaxing.This treatment was therapeutic with a capital T! With all of my various issues, I do think I needed a remedial treatment but I just wasn't expecting it.It was more like remedial sports massages I've had, and was often excruciatingly painful so not very relaxing! I must have booked this treatment my mistake so do make sure that you know what you've booked, because if you are expecting a relaxing massage then you'll get a bit of a shock.The massage bed wasn't as comfortable as standard tables either, and my face was quite uncomfortable when lying on my front. The therapists have to climb on top of you so they're much wider and flatter.The therapists are highly skilled and seem to really know what they're doing. At one point, Pom brought in another therapist to help work on my neck. I felt like my body got a very good workout, but it was very full-on. I felt a bit shell shocked afterwards, but very energised.I did wake up with a very sore spot on my head/neck next day and felt very achey all over, so I wouldn't recommend having this treatment just before a special event.I usually have massages regularly but haven't had a one for a good few months which is maybe why it felt so brutal this time, as my muscles were very tight. Personally, I'd have preferred a more relaxing treatment at the time but I should have checked - this definitely felt like the medical massage. If you have any back/neck/body issues then I would definitely recommend this treatment - I was just expecting to receive a relaxing full body massage where I could just drift off!I've given 5 stars as I think the treatment I received was amazing, but ideally I would have preferred something more relaxing.

I think I am on my 20th massage now and I couldn?t be happier! I goTo the gym and keep hurting myself and Punnapat always saves me! Best therapist in the U.K. Idgaf what anyone says she really is the BEST ???????????

I am suffering with sciatica and therapist was very conscientious and found knots all over my body. She paid a great deal of attention to the problem areas. The treatment is not for the feint hearted, especially if you haven't had a massage for a while. I felt as light asa feather afterwards and very relaxed.

Beautiful, professional spa, very clean and nice with excellent services. The massages I've received have made such a difference to me. I feel so much better.

Punnapat is extremely knowledgable and has helped with a chronic issue that numerous other therapists have not been able to help with. I highly reccommend anyone who trains with weights or plays sports to book in with Punnapat.

I no longer have a frozen shoulder, because of the attention Healing Hands gave to me. I can recommended going to Healing Hands . I have now had 20 sessions and every time I go my shoulder is improving, and that I no longer require any pain killers. Thank you Healing Hands. I know I can recommend your services to anyone that requires your expertise in manipulating muscle tissue. I am now carrying on only, because I love coming to your homely spa to have a really good massage. This property is a very clean place, so you will have no problem in going into their massage rooms. I brought my friend Hoda from Tampa Florida, who has also a very bad shoulder and she says its the very best massage she has every had.
