Electric car service booked and carried out while waiting. There is a cute waiting/ office area available and I managed to get some work done too. Staff very friendly and efficient.Looked really busy when arrived but extremely surprised with the results and time efficiency.

I took my car in with an issue. Said it would need to be booked in for a diagnostics. I didn't realise there would be a c. £100 charge for this. IMO this should have been made clear but no mention of this cost was made. Probably the easiest £100 you could earn as the quote to fix was way more than I was willing to pay. Receptionist also very curt. Not for me.

Top notch mechanics knows their stuff, full diagnostics, courtesy cars available prior notice required, rest area upstairs and clean toilet. good honest people. 26/9/22 still the best place to go, so why bother going elsewhere.2/1/23 still the best place to take your car

What a refreshing change to have such care and attention. Vicky took time to explain issues with car and the mechanics answered all my questions and concerns. I hundred percent recommend PD Vehicle services. Trustworthy and honest. They find solutions to any problem if they can and when you have a truck like mine that is appreciated. Vicky goes above and beyond. I would say for women as well, you can safely use them without being fleeced

Remember way back that wonderful garage with personal service that quietly services every car extremely well - that you thought didn't exist any more? Well it does exist - in Hackbridge. A complex issue in the electronics was quickly solved. I'm so glad the BMW dealership was closed. These people at PD Vehicle Services understand that their advertising is the last customer.
