I own a classic Fiat and Ricambio made my life easier by having all the parts I need for my car always available! I order all the parts from them and have it delivered to the UAE, they always come within a week to 10 days maximum. Great customer service experience! Ricambio Ltd is absolutely amazing! They always have the part I need for my "70 Fiat 500F no matter how obscure, the service is absolutely fantastic, and they are always there to anwer questions...even those that are general repair questions. I?ve been using Ricambio for about 6 or 7 years now. I probably only place a couple of orders a year because my old Fiat is so reliable! Who?d have thought that?!The first thing I would say is that the parts arrive incredibly quickly. There are a lot of firms out there that could learn a lot from Ricambio on this level. The fact is that when we want parts we want them yesterday!I have always been supplied the correct parts at prices I can?t complain at. No complaints about the quality either.I was going to give 4 stars for one reason only. The delivery prices are high. The only option is superfast next day delivery, no economy delivery options are available. However, on the other hand if it wasn?t for Ricambio I would spend a huge amount of time tracking down incorrect parts from other suppliers and waiting an eternity for them.It?s the rare companies like this that help me keep my old Fiat on the road so I will happily continue to support them.
