The reason for the 1 star is because I only took £20.01 worth of petrol paid by contactless but £29.79 was debited from my bank account. I declined the receipt as I was in a hurry. Online comments stated that this was an issue and without a receipt there was no proof. In future I will always ask for a receipt and check... read full comment
