Very disappointed by the constant reduction in opening hours. Used to be open until 4.30pm and now closing at 3pm every day. Really bad decision which just makes life harder for customers who need branch and counter service.

No human assistance in sight. Saw only 1 staff but he was busy with a customer. The whole bank was empty. No one to ask for advice. You have to walk to the self service machine and do everything yourself.

Disgusting service from 2 women named Claire and Dafne. Unable to deal with their incompetence when questioned and challenged, instead they just blank you. No wonder this branch is currently at 2.7 rating. Soon their customers will be closing their accounts and using other banks like HSBC which are FAR better. I know I will be doing this after making my complaint to head office.

I did intend to leave Barclays and if it wasn't for tracy I would have,she was most helpful and clear in everything that she done and even set it up on my phone ???

Very slow service, quite unhelpful and surely at the desk. Even the smallest task will mean an hour in this bank. My heart sinks every time I have to do something in person. Tedious.

I strongly encourage everyone who has a bad experience at this branch to make a formal complaint to Barclays customer services. Maybe then Barclays will take action to improve this awful branch.

It was fantastic that a member of staff greeted my brother (customer) who has a learning disability. She told me she had known him for over 20 years. Great customer service

Very unprofessional. Staff member named 'shenaz' or something like that was seriously unhelpful and not giving full information. I was in a queue with two people ahead of me and couldn't help but hear her advice, being not helpful and unprofessional. One customer in front of me had an issue, which was resolvable and I found them not far from the station after I left, outside and told them what to do next to resolve their issue. Despite the individual literally asking 'shenaz' what can he do and what steps should he take, she gave closed answers saying 'sorry there's nothing we can do'. As for my issue, yeah it didn't get resolved by this staff member which was no surprise. Barclays, train your staff members properly!

Really useless stuff and very rude very disappointed was planing to open a bank with them but after today experience definitely not, I was told the only prove of address I can provide is a provisional driving license which can?t be true because not everyone drives.
