Sheba show exceptional care and customer service to us getting our much needed prescriptions before moving away from the area. She should be commended for going the extra mile and showing due diligence and professionalism throughout. She gave us peace of mind we would get our pills in time and she did . Many thanks Sheba !

I just want to take a moment to give this establishment a review as they have been nothing but helpful and kind. Especially the lovely Sheba who literally has the best customer care ever. She puts herself out all the time and aswell as being professional she is so so kind.Thankyou BlueDew chemist for being the best chemist since the day you opened. I refuse to use any other chemist. Keep up the good work!

My prescription was sent and I waited a couple days before I came to collect it. When I got to the pharmacy however they claimed that while they had received the order from my physician, they hadn?t ordered the medication. When questioned, they said they couldn?t order it until I called them to ask them to do so. This makes ZERO sense. I?ve never had a pharmacy mandate (and not inform the patient) that they must call to ask for it to be ordered. I?ve had a few pharmacies fill the script previously without this insane requirement.After this was told to me I asked them when I could come back to collect the medication as I only had a short supply left. I came back Monday as they advised and still nothing. They made up another excuse and left me without medication for two days until Thursday.

I called the Pharmacy and a lovely lady named Shabs, was very helpful.She had impeccable customer service skills and dealt with my query in a satisfactory manner.

The Bluedew pharmacy should not be judged by its very small & humble shop front; the staff are providing the local community with an excellent service. It?s evident that the staff genuinely care about their customers, knowing many by face & they also have reasonable prices (£1 for 32 Paracetamols!). Highly recommend this small but dedicated pharmacy.

Everytime I come here, the staff are just soo angelic. They always help me with my prescriptions and always make sure to chase up with the GP. They are a breath of fresh air compared to your average pharmacy.

Always have to call them few times before I get my complete order. They usually blame it on GP that they never got prescription when I can see on my NHS app it has been sent off. Very poor service.
