Terrible shop. They treat everyone like a criminal. They have empty shelf?s with the product and you have to request it at the till. Toothpaste, shampoo, mouthwash etc.It is very dirty in certain parts of the shop. The staff are very rude especially the old angry man at the till.I am happy a Tesco has now opened around the corner. I have no reason to go to this terrible Co-Op and deal with angry and unpleasant staff.

Just been served by probably the most angriest and most impatient Indian man I've ever come across in my life. Photo of the back of his head lol ?

This used to be my favourite local Co-op branch, but not anymore unfortunately... First of all, the place is always a mess with staff looking very unhappy and throwing things around, instead of actually organising products. The amount of times I've spent way too long looking for an item, which has been moved around multiple times, is ridiculous. There is rarely any queue management during peak hours, so it feels like war to get to the tills sometimes. In terms of product availability, very often, there is almost nothing in store, which makes me wonder if there are continuous logistics issues with scheduled deliveries; or if management is inefficient and staff don't bother with re-stocking shelves enough. Finally, I have noticed some strange price differences in the same products with Co-op selling at higher prices than, say, Tesco, which is disappointing given the cost-of-living crisis. I'd suggest to the store management team to re-visit policies and procedures, and think of how to improve things.

No cash! They just decided for whatever reason they didn?t want to take cash. No explanation of why, no apologies just a very rude lady who told me ?NO I DON?T HAVE CASH?? (I assume she meant the cash tills had been closed)I looked at her quizzically and simply asked ?no?? Half bemused at her disgusting tone and also at a business that thinks it?s acceptable to refuse cash. This isn?t a luxury, this is grocery shopping. You shouldn?t be denying your produce to anyone. Her response what another rude and dismissive ?NO!? Almost angry.Pathetic attitude and not the way a community cooperative should behave

I realised this place was a joke when I went to a Waitrose in Marylebone and was like ?ooh what a bargain?. Why you charging me £6 for a tiny thing of olive oil? Why you putting out empty bottles to exchange at the till? Bun this shop

Shelves always half empty of fresh food. Does Co-op forget about this store and not deliver every day? Basically pointless to go in hoping to find something in particular. Good thing there?s a Tesco going in the development nearby.

Absolutely the worst i?ve ever seen. Variety of products is extremely poor, and chances are whatever you need will be out of stock, every time. They go as far as leaving empty ?display only? bottles and you?ll have to ask employees to fetch simple things like ketchup. Prices are incomprehensible high for poor quality items. Do youself a favour and just walk a little further to the Tesco until this place improves.

Did a click & collect order. They couldn't even do my order as some items were missing and didn't bother offering substitutes or refund missing items whereas other coops would atleast refund the missing items. Could've atleast notified me before collection time so I don't waste time and money on travel. Atleast I didn't have to wait long to hear from the supervisor about my order.

Always empty can't buy anything at all... Not even any vegetables, such as carrot, leek.. ?

Staff aren?t very helpful and just chuck the produce around like they don?t care. I seen staff throwing heavy fruit and veg on top of bread and crisps for a deliveroo order. Also the 6 times for £6 offer NEVER has all 6 items, soo misleading

I find it quite endearing how the staff here don't go out of their way to be friendly. Most of their customers don't deserve it.It's fairly poorly stocked though.I still go all the time because it's in a convenient spot.

Shop is always overpriced and smells like the fridges are rotten.Today I went to buy the 2 pizzas, 4 cans of coke for £6. The deal didn't come up on the self scan so I took it to the register and told the guy. He said it included alcohol not coke. So I went and got a photo to show him. He refused to serve me after that. He refused to also acknowledge my existence. There was no one else in the shop and he just walked away. If I treated staff like this at my shop I'd get the sack.I can imagine it's tough, being the only worker in the shop, probably being underpaid for your work. But do your job? I've worked in way worse conditions than this co-op. I avoid it as much as I can anyway but now I am never going back in. I'm glad, and I hope this very sad man is also glad.

It's okay... It would be better if the self service tills also accepted cash

The variation of products is okay, the self-checkout desks could be more modern, fast and reliable, and the staff could really be more friendly. No big issues (which wouldn?t account for such a bad rating), awful is just the price level of some items. Charging e.g. £ 6 for paper rolls or similar amounts for toothpaste, for example, is just too much. A convenience store is always more expensive than an ordinary shop, and I can live with that / happy to pay a difference for the convenient shopping. But I don?t think these extreme differences can be justified?
