I can?t believe what I witnessed this morning while having my coffee .\\nThis girl ( MARRY ) verbally abusing the staff on the shift (11:30 am on the 11th September 2022 ) . She was shouting at them front of customers , we felt sooo sorry and uncomfortable cause they where slow or unqualified , but that?s not they fault , they look young so give them a chance , train them properly , support them. But they seems nice ( the young staff white boy and Asian girl ) and doing the work ?\\nNo one should work at this circumstances !!!\\nStop been a bully MARRY , seek proper training on how to talk to your staff they are not slaves !!\\n\\nI?m so furious ?\\nCosta fix it !!! NOW !!!

My oat porridge was raw like the mild was barely warm when it was put into it and my chai latte is the most watery I've ever had especially at a Costa. Customer service was appalling with zero effor at 10AM on 06/10/21. Kindly address this.For those driving, there is paid parking in the mall and there are other facilities and other shops.

Not the nicest Costa I have been to! Loads of health and safety hazards loading trolley left by seats anyone can trip and fall over, place is full of dirty cups and it?s only 10.20am it?s also so cold, if you are going to put a Costa coffee in a location like this please consider heating? I?m sure gusts don?t want to sit there shivering, please sort this out

Drinks were made horrible compared to other costa branches i?ve visited. Zero effort was put into making the drinks and giving a good customer service. The staff literally did the bare minimum and looked like it was the last place they wanted to be.

Delish hot chocolate but the clientele is very very messy and loud. They should clean after themselves!

The staff was helpful and courteous. It's a shame their dish washer has been broken for 2 weeks and waiting for parts and as a result had to drink in paper cup while sitting inside. Coffee ? was fine but not as tasteful when served in a proper cup ? . When ordering your coffee you are not told that you will be served in paper ?. The carrot cake was also served in a paper ? bag which was not very appetizing.

I know Costa Coffee for about 18 years and this its a place to avoid. The manager allows some people to keep their bicycles indoors and others not. There?s the habit here to discuss with the costumers instead of listening and sort problems. I saw that happening with other costumers and it happened to me a few days ago. For some reason I don?t fully understand Why the tables have been dirty and full of trays and if you ask for a cloth to clean the table you want sit on, the baristas react in a very rude manner, Diana Pinto did that a few days and the manager instead of listening what happen it goes immediately against the costumer. When he realises is mistaken, he disappears without apologising. I am afraid its not my problem the stress and life of a barista: I pay for s service and would like it to be dome properly and with respect. Sometimes i think its a racial thing.

Unhygenic,thier drinks (had them 3times now)taste off. Dirty tables and liberal use of plastic.
