Appointment booking very efficient - emails quickly responded to. Super patient with a very anti injection five year old. Lots of help with other aspects of travel planning e.g. malaria meds.

Would have given a zero if possible, the workers were extremely rude and disrespectful. They?ve been lying multiple times about the lady being there for the piercing and keep making me come back. The first week the man said the lady was on holiday and told me to come to following week , the following week he said the same thing and when I went again the lady was still on holiday. On Friday I spoke to a lady on the phone who told me to come before 1 and she would do my piercings,and I went at 12:20 on Saturday and the worker said the service was gone and I had to come on Monday. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND IM FUMING.
