This is very good postoffice because i came bit later than 6.30pm but the staff was helping me to send the parcel regarless of their closing time. Thank you for the service.

Encouraging people to fly tipping.I brought Amazon package in original packaging to return, they opened it , remove from box just to put it in their new plastic packaging, and hand me back original packaging telling me it's my rubbish and I can dispose it outside the post office.Staff was Extremely rude when I asked them why they do that and how is that environmental friendlyWorst post office ever

Bunch of inexperienced arrogant and kindless people are holding a position which they don?t deserve I?m disable person been there to varified my documents which supposed to scan through bar code one of them sent me print out photocopy of barcode I explained to him you have to scan a barcode you will find out everything he still insisted me to go in rain to get photocopy. I walked to the all the way to high street market to get copy after that same post office I have been served another person I shown him bar code on the phone he scan a code without asking me photocopy that?s their service to the people and they?re not environment friendly too! I strongly discouraged to go there.

Cant do simple task like arranging 2 items for amazon return. Ended up scanning wrong bar code and then sent me away saying he couldnt do return. Make sure they are scanning right codes for right items

They do not open at 9:00 AM like they should. I lost 2 days at work because of this issue. You should be more professional if not just close your branch and do not offer your services! You waste people time

Queue to the front door: more than 25 people in line. Only one person at the counter - whilst it wasn?t her fault she was on her own, she made zero effort to either apologise for the wait time (an hour!) or speed up.Terrible, terrible service. The old post office next to the library was great - multiple counters and self service machinesAvoid at all costs

This place to be honest who ever in charge plz before these people talking rubbish to us let them now that we are the customer and part of there job is to serve us in the best way so that we can come back again but unfortunately there were a lady sitting inside all I want is some help because if I don?t now or if there?s something wrong at least I deserve an explain but now I?ll ask all my friends and the people and I know to give this place zero star because it?s it good because of the stuff.

It's open just from 8 am to 10 am Google says that is open till 6:30 ( not true rude personal as well)
