In my opinion, they are providing a terrible postal service (I'm not blaming anyone personally), but it's very sad to see Royal Mail in this state. Such a shame.

Update your Google opening times. It still says until 12pm on a Saturday. This is probably the best time for a lot of people. There have been at least 4 other people while I am here trying to get in.

First of all having working hours 2-4 hours a day is ridiculous. I the top of that you at not even opened during provided working hours.... Royal mail is disgrace

Closing time of Saturday on web is 12 while at office it was displayed 10. Plz correct i walked so long but it was closed already at 11:53

Absolutely unprofessional!!!It has been three days now since I am going to this post office at 6pm and the post office being close, despite their advertised closing time 8pm. Same situation had my husband when for a week he would go at 5pm and the post office will be closed. Either amend the opening times either work till the advertised hour

Opening hours are incorrect or the workers just decide to clock off early when they feel like it. Arrived 35 minutes (18:25) prior to the 19:00 closing time on a Wednesday to find the place closed with all lights switched off. Very annoying.
