Only have just started using this place and have had no problems really, the man is very lovely and polite and is very helpful and knows exactly what hes talking about, all other pharmacists are lovely when i have dealt with them however the elderly lady behind the till seems to lack some understanding and knowledge in that area when asked how can I help i explained my issue to her and she did not have a clue by the looks of it but thank God the other pharmacist was there to save the day :)

Triplesave chemists are phenominal! The owner makes you feel like you are really family and I have never seen a patient leave that shop without a wide smile on their face. They take care of all my pharmacy needs, and have helped me on numerous occasions when dealing with problematic doctors that were too lazy to write my prescriptions on time. I would recommend this pharmacy every day of the week, 52 weeks a year.Thank you team Triplesave!

It's 9 o'clock and they soposed to be open. But that old lady it's in front of the dor and talking to the phone instead opening. I was there 2 times and still doesn't opening... I don't know way they have opening hours if they don't open.

Seriously think they need to give the woman who works on the till some customer training, both times I've been in there she's been rude either shouting across the pharmacy or can't even be bothered to make eye contact, just barks can i help you.
