Terrible customer service. Shop opened late. Spoke to a very condescending male member of staff with non-existent customer service skills who was clearly bothered that I had disturbed him from his mobile. Very disappointing.

SCAMMED !They tell you a price for a Sim card price monthly and when checking the contract they overcharged me just to accept their offer.Called the costumers service (very helpful lady) and when she got in touch with the employee that served me he didn?t even admit what he told me,like i was lying.If you go in beware of what you sign and specially of a short and guy, brownish skin! This place is the only place in London that scammed me without being aware ,is not about £3 extra monthly,is the audacity of fooling people just to look a good employee.

I was doing a trade swap for my new phone and Vodafone store in white city didn't help me, said it was my own risk which I wasn't happy with yet went into Walthamstow store and they couldn't be more helpful, short'n'sweet visit and got done what I needed to do

Advisor was approachable but was definitely Vodafone and not customer focused. Everything I was told was correct but the options presented were more favourable for Vodafone than for me. Luckily the phone I wanted couldn't be had without my entering into a new contract which I didn't want. I therefore went to a Samsung store and got the exact same phone for £208 less.

Terrible staff. The Asian man with the headwear was very rude and very unhelpful after my contract phone stopped working after less than two months. I called Vodafone and a lady had told me to arrange a collection or bring it to a shop if you need it returned faster as the phone was in warranty. I also had insurance. After trying to turn on the absolutely pristine condition phone he apparently diagnosed it has been damaged inside and I should arrange a collection. I had to go to another branch in Barkingside to get it taken care of. Will definitely not be renewing my two contract phones and broadband package with them.
