Awful customer service at this pharmacy and I have to review after a 3rd bad experience. Their system has been down the previous 2 times I have tried to get urgent medication and staff have been rude and dismissive both times causing stress for customers which I experienced first hand and witnessed.I just turned up before their closing time and the shutters were already down with staff out the door and they reluctantly got my prescription for me (finally) but again with rude service and eye rolling?Would suggest avoiding and I will definitely be switching.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. Very unhelpful stuff, with robotic answers. They won?t get your perception if you haven?t notify them a week in advance and received an SMS. Therefore if you need antibiotics or steroids or any urgent prescription, just forget about it.

Unpleasant,rude, careless, inconsidered, unhelpful. Unreliable!I have been customer of them for almost 2 years. I am follow with severe asthma. What is a life threatening situation. After almost 2 years they still have no clue of what is my medical situation, worse they don't care!Gp forgot to make a steroids prescription,for an asthma exacerbation. they didnt even pretend to lessen what was the situation, without that prescription I most certainly finish my night inA and E or ICU as it has already hapemed. Call 111! You will be reffer to a doctor?!?! That's they answer.I had to bring to code of my prescription written on my hand because they system didnt work.Been ask to be straight off, and suggest that I might change pharmacy. If your regular pharmacy cannot be reliable for life threatening condition, who can we trust!Beside it is usualy take at least 48h to get a simple prescription.

You have to spend hours and sometimes a day or two before they answer the phone. And I don't imagine it is any different elsewhere. My local in Wood Street. Theyare very good when you eventually get an answer. Must be hell for people with anxiety problems?

the staff at this pharmacy consistently demonstrates a rude and unprofessional attitude towards customers. On multiple occasions, I have been met with condescending remarks and dismissive behavior from the employees. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such disrespect when seeking assistance with my health-related needs.Please note that while I am sharing my genuine experience and opinion, it is important to approach reviews with an open mind and consider other customers' feedback as well.

I strongly advise against utilising the services of well Pharmacy . The rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff, combined with the unacceptable waiting times, medication inaccuracies, and constant shortages, make this pharmacy an extremely unreliable and frustrating place for any individual seeking proper healthcare services. It is my hope that this review serves as a warning to others and encourages the necessary improvements in this establishment.

I have never been treated the way the black women working there treated me. She has no customer service and cut her eyes and ignored me several time and talk back so rudely. She was defamation of my character in front of other customers and staff members which I don?t appreciate as I live in the area and made me look like someone I am not.She has no empathy or even considers what people might be going through their personal life when collecting their medication.I will be complaining to the ombudsman on they way I was treated on Monday 16th January 2023.

Highly recommended this pharmacy to anyone! absolutely amazing service from the team and I cannot thank them enough for the service they give, they're always so helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you. I would happily travel the extra 20 minutes to get my prescription here than one closer to where I live
