After a lot of searching on the internet we came across crystalstone engraving and gave him a call. We needed a very unique urn engraved with a personal message. The attention to detail and personal service we received was outstanding, we were not rushed into any choices and were very much included in the design of the font. The professional and thoughtful process far outshines any service we would have received in a high street shop and we couldn?t be more pleased with the outcome of his work.I highly recommend the service especially if the item you wish to have engraved is larger or of sentimental value.Richard
