My regular pharmacy, where I've never encountered issues before, became problematic today. I discovered a missing prescription item and inquired about it. The responses were inconsistent, and the use of the word "batch" felt condescending. Despite my attempt to address the core issue ? whether it was the fault of my surgery or the pharmacy ? I ended up receiving an emergency prescription. This experience has tarnished my opinion of the pharmacy, and I no longer recommend it; suggesting others explore alternatives.Buddha says ?it is not the fault of the person who does the task, but the fault of the person who gives it to the wrong person to carry that task out?.

Update?25.7.23I ordered my repeat prescription from my doctors Sunflower medical centre couple of days ago specifically mentioning not to send my medication prescription to CK pharmacy but seems now a days only half the message gets through to the medical staff who run the establishment, even though my message was clearly at the top of my meds request.I request my meds through Patches an online doctors portal at the Sunflower Medical centre.I knew my doctors staff didn?t pay attention or couldn?t be bothered to change where to send my prescription when I got a call today around 4.30pm from the lady from CK pharmacy telling me that she had my prescription, noting from her tone of voice I could hear the resentment in her voice that she wanted to tell me she was to send the prescription back to my doctors, her harsh self wanting to battle me out, but offered me a choice, I decided to cooperate and asked her to process the prescription., She said that she will order the meds today and I will receive them tomorrow or the day after. I believe in second chances, I am giving them the opportunity to correct them selves, I have a few days supply of my meds at the moment so I can bare the brunt. I will wait to see how it goes???to be continued??..Original review????..Worst Pharmacy in the neighbourhood,They had six day to get my.medicine by prescription, firstly they denied they had my prescription, because the women in the pharmacy couldn?t find my prescription, then they found it, then they promised to text message me when they had the medicine, two days had gone , they didn?t call or text, I called them, they said the driver hadn?t bought the medicine,??. they said they?ve ordered it???I waited another day??the next day??.just as I had run out of my meds, i sent someone to collect my meds, they still didn?t have it,, So many reasons they gave, so unhelpful, they kept apologising for their incompetence. I had enough by then. Finally I got them to returned my prescription, i made some calls to the local pharmacy?s in the area, found a pharmacy not far from me who had my meds in stock, the same evening before 7.00pm I got my meds. Thank you Sudbury Court Pharmacy. You saved me. No other pharmacy in the area had that particular medicine in stock. Be aware of Ck pharmacy. You don?t want to be in the same situation as me.
