There was a Staff named Bindiya who was behaving as its the bank is doing a favor on us by opening the account. She had a problem because we filled the form incorrectly and she had to do it all over again as if it's not her job. Being in bank the front office has to be little polite with customers rather than being rude and arrogant.... I had a lot of expectations from bank as its knows for mortgage but now I am hesitant to even enquire due to my bad and bitter experience. Giving 1 star as there is no option for zero star.

The lady working in with glasses was bare rude. Told her my problem while the machine stopped working and she replies well then you have to keep waiting. She could have said the same thing in a polite way.

Great location and just a minute away from Wembley Central Station. I am not with Halifax so I can't really give any feed back about the service but the location is great as there are no many high street branch left in uk and slowly they may close all .

Poor. Waited 40 mins on the line to be told I could not make the transaction to a new payee. Yes I do have online access however I have reset my password it will not allow me to log in future. I will be closing this account down immediately. What do people do in emergency circumstances with dependents.
