I am extremely disappointed about the customer service I have received today.after an incredible experience earlier this week, it is very disappointing to see that the qualifications across the team members are not the same.we have received an order today including a malm dresser which comes in 3 boxes. one of the boxes (#1) has been received twice together with box #3. therefore box #2 is missing.now we will have to wait 2 weeks for the boxes to be exchanged which is extremely disappointing as we will be travelling and need the dresser this weekend.the guy from customer service did not understand the issue at all and was not able to provide an alternative solution here.? perhaps box #1 and #2 have the same content and reshipping may not be necessary?? I also asked to get a refund instead and keep the pickup for in 2 weeks, but at the same time reorder the dresser to receive it quicker. this was not possible and apparently the delivery fees could also not be refunded.? I also would have appreciated an apology on behalf of ikea however the person I spoke to just seemed annoyed.Update: The way this issue is being handled is an absolute joke. After several negotiations, we have been promised to receive the replacement today 11.10, however for no reason IKEA has to reschedule to next week. We only found out by calling them ourselves. Honestly thanks for nothing at this point! I have been a customer for my entire life and will definitely no longer shop at your stores.Update: This case has now been passed on to a lawyer. Ridiculous considering it could have been solved so easily.

IKEA is my favorite spot. When you guys are planning to move into a new house or flat. I recommend you to go to IKEA and select your favorites. A wide range of beds, mattresses, sofas, chairs, pillows, cookware. . Everything you need for your new dream house.

Cheap place for a kid's day out! They can run around all the installations, climb on the furniture, jump on the beds, rearrange all the soft toys then you do lunch, which is not bad and is decently priced. Otherwise it's hell on earth, especially at weekends. You can find some cool bits among all the bland so look deep!

This store is packed to the rafters with large selection of flat packed furniture and homeware accessories for every room or part of the home. I spent a few hours here, mainly browsing. I went to buy a replacement Pax wardrobe frame, as the one I had previously had run its course after many years, the doors are still in good condition. I also, purchased a new chest of draws. IKEA has a re-shop and re-use area, where nearly new items or items with a slight fault can be purchased for a fraction of the normal price. I purchased a painted wooden tray to place my collection of fragrances and perfumes.I took a break from shopping and purchased something to drink and eat in the Swedish restaurant. I had the Swedish meatballs with chips and peas. It was ok, food could have been warmer. The cheesecake with berries was delicious. I did not use the restroom but a companion with me did, and she said it was clean and tidy.Overall for me IKEA is a place where I can get ideas and inspiration for the changes I want to make to in my home inside and out. A good shopping experience to be had here.

Visited after a long time here! The place is definitely going down the hill. IKEA is not only popular for home furnishings but also food at the cafeteria such as hot dogs for 75p or their controversial meatballs. But this time around the cutlery in kitchen looked very dirty. Unless something drastically improves we?ve decided never to eat here again. As far as furniture and other stuff is concerned, this was the first time I did not feel tempted by anything! Must be the effect of following very tasteful home decor channels on instagram or TikTok ?. Either it was same old stuff or not value for money or extremely poor quality or did not look any special. I was actually very proud of not spending too much on unnecessary stuff this time around here as I used to. I still bought a few art supplies and picture frames etc ?

Well cared for in detail and very clean. You can really find everything from kitchens to bedrooms, sofas, office desks, furniture, plants, lights, items for children and so on. The restaurant is very large, clean and has a good selection. Very bright. Prices within everyone's reach.

I love it. You can find almost everything for home! I love the plants área, that is lovely also, Even you get some ideas to decorations, for kids room, kitchen and living room. They have so good things that help to make the house organised and tidy! The things they have for organiser inside of furnitures are amazing! The restaurant is good and good price! My child loves to eat that meatballs. Also the car parking is good!

Honestly can't think of anything to add, that's why I give a 5 stars. Plenty of parking. Good food in the cafe and ample items and good selection in the discount section. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would go again...even just for the food

Haven?t been here in years so a lot has changed. The dishwashers for the cafeteria aren?t working apparently, so if you order food you?re getting it on a paper plate with wooden utensils. I got a splinter from my fork ?? Also they removed all the charging points so be sure to come with a fully charged phone. Maybe they?re trying to save energy but the main doors don?t spin anymore ? They still have good furniture though.

The store is huge and has many products to look at. The showroom is stunning and worth a look for sure. The only downside is when you are on the ground floor, browsing products the till is miles away, and the signage is lacking as to how to even find it initially, then when you do find it, the signs, it's a long long long walk to even get to any tills, by which time you have trekked miles!!!!!! They need to have tills situated at various locations in the store and there was lack of staff apart from one sitting on computers for what reason I did not know so they were not cashier points, possible checking stock? Lack of information IKEA.

Good navigation, great display and ideas.Be mindful though that the prices are not always correct. Sometimes the items are stacked under a different price tag?by mistake??Always double check online if possible, using the item?s code, to avoid unpleasant surprises at the till.
