TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I'VE NOTICED THEY CARE KNLY ABOYT PEOPLE WHO ARE BRITISH. Right in front of me I've seen a member of staff sitting with a British person for sooo long!!! But when I went with my prob of lost card she was like oh just call this number, didn't even get my lost money back!!! The previous staff was very helpful. If I could rate it 0/5 I would! Their attitude towards their customers is absolutely terrible!!!

You can wait and wait. They dont take customers by order. Just whoever is lucky or pushy. They ignore me waiting and serve 3 other customer before. Absolutley mess. Not recommend

Please keep stamp of the bank... i showed them email, that i need stamped bank statement i have to apply for job.. but they just provided print of bank statement. I can do that from my mobile phone.. but i came there for stamp. Anyone can edit bank statement thats why they need stamped bank statement. Which they can verify

Waited to provide proof of my ID for more than one hour only to be kicked out and told to come the next day or go to another branch.(This was already the second time I came to this branch to provide my ID). I went to another bank.

The person who speaks to you very badly doesn't help you at all... I went to help me with the online banking application is blocked... I said that I understand English, I don't speak well and if she can help me... a blonde lady answered me very badly at entrance if I don't speak English well, I have no business there because no one can help me..shame..staff who have no business there..racism..when they see you Romanian they speak very badly..shame

Staff. Don?t give respect to you and say that you need to wait like 10 minutes and and you keep wait and you they juts talk with ease other you need to avoid to go this place and counter no one at the counter too

Very poor customer service! I didnt expect this from lloyds bank. I visited the branch twice and the staff are ignorant and very slow service. I was there to submit my proof ID that bank asked to do. And the service was very bad, after waiting for some hours they asked me to come back next day as they did before. I just wasted my travelling time and 1.5 hours inside the bank. I felt disrespectful, by the attitude of the staffs. I hope that you will come back with good customer service and good feedbacks. All the bestShaheel nazim
