I had a couple of personal training sessions (twice a week for four weeks) with Rebecca Henriques who I can highly recommend. Before we started training, she analysed my current condition, asked me for my training goals and developed a tailored training plan to make sure I can achieve my goals. Besides she explained me how to adapt my nutrition. I received a very good induction. Rebecca is very good in observing how far you can go. Her positive and motivating way let me even enjoy the hardest workout sessions. I appreciated that she attached importance to stretching and training different muscles groups. Happy that I can say I have achieved my goals.

I love the classes, the instructors are always really nice and make you work hard. Spin, pump, legs bums and butts, pilates are my favorite ones. The staff is always smiling and willing to have a chat ;-)

Water leakage in the gym which left for soggy equipment and if god forbid you pay your subscription slightly later they will make you pay extortionate sums in so called « late fees «

I work close bye so having a gym near is a great thing. Staff are very friendly and the equipment are very good.

The staff at this gym are incredibly polite and welcoming. They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The gym itself is also very clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for a gym with a great atmosphere and top-notch cleanliness, this is the place for you. Highly recommended! ?

Great gym. The staff is very professional and the lessons are only about 5 - 7 people. As a result, they are intimate and tailored to the individuals. They also have a lot of equipment!

I love the Pilates class on Thursdays, the teacher targets any levels and I?m seeing Fantastic results in just one month! I also love my yoga class on Mondays, the teacher Julinda is great!

0. STAR. The only purpose of the employees and the company is to get your money. Do not sign a contract and start a membership. Don't let the prices fool you. Unfortunately they have a poor customer relationship. I definitely don?t recommend.. ?You cannot cancel your membership.?

The gym itself is very clean at all times.Staff are super all of them are amazing and helpful with everything. Machines are pretty good and there is a good weights section which is rare in london.Downsides:When there are classes you cannot go and get a Matt for yourself or a cube cushion. This really doesn?t help as it?s important to have access to these as a member of the gym rather than prioritize the class.Smiths machine is too close to the wall and sadly there is only one cable machine which isn?t ideal when the gym is busy.Toilets always have a weird smell and could be cleaner.Other than that - it?s great.

Staff are okay. Someone is in charge of cleaning regularly. Their app needs improvement though. Also, been a memeber for a while but still receiving promotional messages asking me to join the gym.

Broken seated leg curl is a heath hazardNumerous members of the gym, including myself, have complained about a broken leg curl machine and the gym staff don?t seem to care. I guess they?re waiting for someone to get injured to do something
