I ordered a lamp for a huge dinner I'm having at home and the website said the order would be delivered in 1-3 working days. Which would not be in time. I called and asked the team why it would be taking 5 working days and why I wasn't informed beforehand this would be happening? Super disappointed with the 'couldn't be bothered' attitude.

Great lights and great customer service\\nUnfortunately, one of my lights arrived smashed, their customer service was great and quickly ordered a replacement. Dealing with so many frustrating companies during a renovation and non-existent customer service, it was a refreshing pleasure to deal with Pooky.

Visited store and an amazing lady called Lucy was brilliant. Knew inside out, upside down all products in store. So helpful. Obviously well trained. Just so kind and patient. Would highly recommend. No pressure to purchase. Just a great shopping experience.

I am so glad they opened this showroom which I felt when instore yesterday, was more customer experience/service focused than the older Lots Road location, which lacked luster in the customer service front when we visited a while ago and put us off buying due to the cold treatment by the staff who barely raised their heads when we walked around for ages needing some info.I was helped by a superstar, Kitty, who is a rare find in retail, full of knowledge, friendly and welcoming, super attentive yet gave me space to browse freely. I have been in retail/operations and brand management for years and I can say Kitty is a great asset to the business, very lucky to have her on the front, passionately and positively representing Pooky. If she keeps this up, she will have a illustrious career ahead of her whatever she sets her mind to.And of course, standardising this/consistent level of enthusiasm and passion for service is the key for great retail experience and brand image, someone may walk in tomorrow having a different experience, with a different member of staff, writing a different review.I hope you all walk in and get served by a Kitty.

Lighting fixtures look good with quick delivery but the amount of polystyrene used in the packaging is disappointing. Half the box is just polystyrene. I would expect environmentally friendly packaging to be used as a minimum for a retailer of this calibre. Poor show.

Had to get new items twice as original products were damaged. Expensive for the quality. Also for the small drum shade you need a flat light bulb which isn't make obvious.

This company has no thought of consideration on installation.I'm an electrician and have unfortunately had to install quite a few pooky lights and have even had customers returning products as they just werent fit for installation, I can't help but wonder why or who the people are within this company that are passing these products, sure they look great but I'm sure a great looking and quality product could be produced with enough consideration taken in that they'd actually be able to be fitted without any grief or regulation conflictions.

Very pleased with the service. Quick delivery and pickup if anything goes wrong and easy to get hold of over the phone. They were so quick to resolve my query and arrange a replacement. Will be using them again and again

I have made several purchases from Pooky over the last few months and cannot rate them highly enough. They have a wonderful selection of light fittings and shades. The quality is excellent, items are delivered super fast with no delivery charge and don?t cost silly money. To top it all, their customer service is exceptional! This company has got it right on so many levels. Thank you Pooky!

Superb lamps, not a bad price either. Fast delivery and expertly packed. One rechargable lamp didn't work, it was changed super fast, so no problem there. Highly recommend.

I bought a rechargeable lamp as I live out in the sticks and we do get frequent power cuts. I have shocking arthritis and am happy to report that it has very easy access to the on off switch and 3 settings so it can be used as a nightlight when the grand children are staying. A useful and attractive lamp and I am saving up for another. Stand by emergency lighting made beautiful.

Purchased a light fitting in September 2021 which was unfortunately damaged on arrival. I called customer services who were initially helpful and said that they had sold out, but would send a replacement in December if that was acceptable to me. I had no issues with this, until December came and went and no fitting arrived. Chasing this, I was told that they still hadn?t arrived and it would be February. This cycle kept occurring until finally seven months later, the replacement arrived. I understand that there are supply issues, but the zero communication from customer services is unacceptable. I was made to feel an absolute inconvenience to them. No goodwill gesture or apology was made. When pushed, they offered me 15% of the fitting, which I have declined as an insult. I have an entire house to renovate and will not be using Pooky again.Lovely products, appallingly bad service.

Buyer Beware!!! Not a reputable company. Sold me a lamp that doesn't work and won't give me a full refund (including shipping). Refuses to believe me when I say the lamp is broken...even after sending pictures and videos. Beautiful lamp, but i expected it to light up. Avoid this business.

We purchased 3 light fittings from Pooky (Melvillous chandelier, Percy and Dahlia pendants) and couldn't be happier with the products. They really are unique, eye-catching, beautifully crafted light fittings that are very reasonably priced given the quality and design. The products are backed up by the Pooky team's personable, on-point customer service. Robyn was a pleasure to deal with - always on hand to address our multiple queries and gave an honest informed appraisal of the range to aid our selection. The after sales team was also 1st class - Becci went out of her way to help us resolve a minor technical issue with one of the fittings that had bamboozled our electrician and switch suppliers. We are most grateful.
