The Royal Mail worker was aggressive and rude. I asked him to not be so aggressive and he said you?d know if I was being aggressive. They have a sign which says respect our workers. It?s such a shame it does apply the other way round.

I had a great experience with the staff even waited 5 min for me out of they Busness hoursI did not have the label he Advised me to go to shop by and go back to ship the package.I been there 3/4 time and the staff for me was very helpful.

Went 15 minutes before closing time (which is at 10 am btw somehow), didn't open the door before eventually telling me they're closed in the rudest possible manner

This collection point already had kind of random hours but it?s now open only 2h(!!!) per day!! If you can?t make it on that time slot - too bad!! Clearly they aren?t trying to just close this down - thanks so much for the disservice royal mail!

I went there with my friend and 2 dogs to return 2 parcels to Amazon, unfortunate it was closed by the time I got their with my walking stick.A young man also with a walking stick overheard my conversation, he then said just wait a minute or 2, after that he escorted me in to the CLOSED office to return my parcels, he knew how I had struggled to get there.....what a Superstar he was, so please no negative comments about this Post Office, inside was another man who allowed me to bring my dog in last time he then helped me by taking my packets to be scanned and said wait here and I will do it all for you....totally amazing service their are still some very nice people around, thank you from the bottom of mynheart

Guaranteed 1pm next day delivery - they managed to completely mess it up.- Postman Lied about attempted delivery (we were home)Big cost to us as it was an urgent passport delivery with visa- Then another false email saying delivery attempted the next day, and to come and collect- went into office, computer said no - was out for delivery. We were advise to go home to wait for delivery (our updated flights the next day)- luckily we stayed and would not leave - several times pleading to look everywhere despite the computer saying no- after over an hour, one helpful guy who had been looking came back with the parcel - it was in a bag that it should not have been in, and if we had not stayed and been stubborn, it would not have been delivered and we would have completely missed a week ski holiday in France - purely because of Royal Mail incompetenceThis is basic process failures, and no accountability. The manager is clearly incompetent at managing, and should be fired.Royal Mail failed at the most basic thing - get the delivery to the correct place at the correct time, and with the next day guaranteed service. This company is dead in the water.

I've lived in the area for 15+ years and have always found the staff friendly and efficient. I've probably been in there 100 times never a problem and they certainly do their best. Incredible how delicately fragile some of the reviewers are on here!!

The reference number on the red card is unreadable and parcel could not be redelivered. I went to branch and asked to check reference number but still not having chance to redelivery parcel.
