“We stayed overnight before flying out of Heathrow and again on landing back there. Night 1: Bed, dinner and breakfast. The room was lovely -- an executive room although we booked the cheapest. Everything provided in the room -- toiletries, plenty of towels, tea and coffee, water, safe, nice bed, bathroom could be set to low light for night-time use. The bar dismayed us with the prices and tiny measures, but that's the UK, I suppose. Dinner was fine with friendly efficient service. Breakfast was reasonably good with very good service. Night 2: Bed and breakfast. Same class of room. Same breakfast experience. Negatives: Bar was already closed on arrival at 11:30 pm :( . Orange juice and scrambled egg were of a particularly poor quality. Car ordered by the hotel turned out to be considerably more expensive than a black cab -- not far off double! Highlights: I can't thank staff enough for their fast and positive reaction when -- after departure -- I burst in to say I'd lost my phone. They found it within minutes (in my room) and I was soon on my way back to join my husband at the airport, in time for my flight. Thank you!”

“I was here for our company conference and team dinner. The hotel is great and so the staff. The conference staff was amazing and Mansi was fab. She was smiling all the time and trying to make sure everything goes well and it all went really well. Rishi was great too , nothing was too much for the gentleman. We will definitely come back to this good hotel because all you remember is the service you received and we received a great service.”
