I came to pick up a part that was needed to service my boiler. The plumber called them and I went and paid and picked up to save time. Friendly service and a good price.This was a couple of months ago when they weren't even on Google map and we were in lockdown 3.

West Drayton branch specialises in plumbing and heating and has moved to a brand new site in Horton Road Trading Estate during November 2020. There is more product on the counter shelf to allow for self-checkout and the new site also has our new open branch format where colleagues are visible throughout the branch, meaning there is quicker service.
