I went for an upgrade yesterday. Rutul, the o2 customer agent was pleasant, welcoming, courteous and highly skilled in what he was doing. He went out of the way to accommodate my requirements. I got the best assistance from him. Also, Harshit, the manager made sure that I was getting the best service. I am so so happy that I went to Ealing o2 shop, there I met the most amazing people. I wish them the best of health and future. God bless you, guys x

Earlier this year I needed to update my phone and I ended up doing it at the O2 West Ealing store. I was served by Jaso and Vanetta who were absolutely fantastic. First class service, helpful, professional and friendly. Can?t recommend them enough. Thank you very much!!

Had a guru appointment with Nabil to transfer my data from a Windows phone to an Android. He was fantastic - friendly, competent, knowledgeable, patient and all-round fabulous. The young woman who set up my new tariff was also lovely but I unfortunately didn't get her name. What a great store!

Naughty, rude manager.
Customer service not competent, without experience and incorrectly informing.
I do not recommend!

Hopeless place. I spoke on the phone to customer services and used the o2 web forum. Both said a simple process to swap sims to a different size, they said. Just pop in to an o2 store and they'll give you a blank sim to be enabled on their website, they said.
Went to this one in West Ealing resplendant with balloons flanking the doorway. No customers, just 3 staff in a circle jerk, and one woman left alone in the far left corner. Eventually made eye copntact - Explained my reason for being there to a young man who politely asked me to take a seat to check my account...for an up-sell I presumed, so I said my acct. is fine and just need a blank sim as instructed by o2's forum users. Within moments the manager came over; I assume he was the manager judging by his age, his talking over the intial dude, and the "folded arms of authoritah"...wanted to see my passport! I explained it was just a blank sim I needed and was told to "pop" in to get one. Response "WE do NOT give sims!" Went off with a giggle at his ignorance and foolish expectations that I would even bother or care to show him my passport for a blank sim.
So, I Walked to Ealing Broadway's branch. Less than 2 minutes from entering I had my new blank Sim. No idiotic demands here, all the guy in Ealing Broadway wanted was my first name which he used conversationally to make sure I understood the process of swapping sims using the website, as I didn't have my old sim on me.
So o2 arn't inept generally - It's just this particular shop is the bottom of the barrel- the pits. Do yourself a favour and use Ealing Broadway's O2 shop where you will be dealt with promptly(despite being busier) by coherent staff with consistently better social and communication skills. If you must stay in West Ealing, crossover the road to Carphone Warehouse where you will find more competitively priced contract phones, anyway.
