I came in to the store to purchase a pair of boots on Saturday 12th August 2023 in the afternoonI was talking to a really lovely manager who was helpful through out while I was in storeI did not know what boots to get but then I was recommended to a brand called SiteWhich I have to say are comfortable to walk in and be in for 12 hour shift.I am a security guard on a construction site that?s why I needed a pair of boots, because my old pair of puma boots was rubbish after 1 year having themThank you and I will definitely be coming back as a regular customer

Always massive queues, and if you tell that to the staff guess what they tell you: ? be patient or go to another store!? Which I will. If you need to go to screwfix go to the fulham store where you don?t have to wait for hours and the staff is actually polite.

The customer service was very good. Sofiane (hopefully I spelt correctly) went out of this way to try and help me because I had absolutely no idea what I needed and just a video of the issue. Even though they had a lot of items out of stock and wasn?t able to buy the item Sofiane was amazing, thanks
