We popped in there this morning. Levi was working alone.He answered calls, spoke to people who popped in and fitted tyres! He was polite, kind and helpful to everyone. Honestly we sat there amazed at his work ethic. He gave us honest and helpful advice regarding our vehicle and carried out the work effectively and to a very high standard! Lovely person ??

I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to Levy and his staff at this branch. I had an appointment to fit 4 new tyres to my van on Saturday morning 16th Dec. Although they were very busy and running late, they kept me in the loop. Levy's communication and knowledge is excellent as shown when the staff had a slight issue with changing the TPM valves. The last time I changed 4 tyres here, the fitter did not replace any new valves even though I had paid for and subsequently there was an air leak from one of the values. So thank you Levy and his staff (Tom & sorry I don't remember the other name), for doing the job correctly and properly. Hopefully, next time I am having new tyres, you gents will be around to fit them

Damsel in distress as exhaust had partly fallen off car.Took to Kwik fit West Wickham where the guys explained what had happened and what they need to do.Ensured me it could be done today and will call when fixed.Levy and Tom helped sort out my car and were polite and considerate.Overall a really good experience. Two recent and very positive interactions with Tom & Levy at Kwik Fit, West Wickham both on my wife?s car. Firstly need a wheel taking off so we could move the wheel cover to expose the valve and then today rehanging the exhaust after a bracket had rotted away. Great service and both done for nothing.
