I purchased a Samsung A51 a few weeks ago from Jamal, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was assured the phone would work abroad. It does not work at all. I am abroad with no service whatsoever, unable to make or receive calls, and no data either. Roaming is enabled and I have been through check after check with online assistants. I have spent a total of 7 hours over a number of days with the online chat from my iPad. Promises to resolve the issue by the technical team remain unfulfilled. As my phone cannot accept calls, the only way to contact me is via email. Jamal, can you or one of your team help please? You should have my details on file. If so, I will rescind this review and replace it with a glowing one.

Very negative experience unfortunately.
Mistake by member of staff meant that I was overcharged £20 on my bill.
Spent more time than it was worth trying to get it refunded (mostly sitting around in the store or being on hold to Three Customer Service - getting batted about between the two). As of yet (1 month after initial overcharge), still no signs of refund. Was told they would call me back "within 1 day" and has been three days so far, so have largely given up.
Would probably recommend EE as have had much more positive experiences with them. If had option to choose again, would choose EE even if the actual contract was more expensive.

Be very careful on your choice of contract or upgrade. If you change your mind before you even left the store they can't cancel it.

Maggie the store manager in three Wimbledon and Jamal the sales assistant, they are the people who helps me a lot. They given me a time and options whats the best deal, explaining to me clearly. They are very friendly aswell. I will recommend them highly as possible. As a customer i was very satisfied what i got and the help that they given.
