Customer service needs to be improved. We wanted to buy a jacket on Saturday 30 September the sales associate very rudly told us not to try it on in store but has to go to fitting room as I had my son who has autism could not go to fitting room I just give up buying but when I was still in store another customer was asking to use the fitting room the sales associate told him that he cannot use the fitting room as they are closing and she was telling him to buy without trying. Now the question is why do you let customers in if you do not sell if you do then why can't they just try it on.

I was standing by the shoe department door to ask for a shoe size and the tall guy with curly hair comes out and looks at me, so I smile and try to greet him and he just looks away and walks off. I ended up asking another guy for help and he was more better with his customer service skills and he's the reason I gave two star instead of 1. I rather go to the Enfield branch next time.

HORRIBLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I have complain about wood green store sport direct! There is the customer service is poor! The boy at custormer assistant shoes area was awful and rude! These young people don't know what is the customer service! I just did looking around and he told me just look at the shoes on the wall and no touch other shoes and he won't service me then! He spoke back to me in very rude! Horrible! This wood green sport direckt store horrible with poor service!

Very bad after I chose my stuff as I am travelling and I spent 2 hours inside the shop and the one of the customer service said is wrong prices on 3 boxes so is not my mistake and if one of the customer does not read English what can do. I cancelled all order after I spent 2 hours. Very bad costumer service there . Not happy at all

they didn't change shoes that had a problem on the inside and it hurt my foot making a wound.....supervisor is very young man but him behavior is same like Gipsy......Important they didn't change because I used just 15 minutes and I didn't hide it from them........how I would see this problem without use that's???

I was at your woodgreen store today around 11.00 11.30ish I wanted to puurchase a shoe which was priced at £55, when your employer (young man) bought the shoe from the depo it was priced marked SALE £50 so automatically as a customer you assume it has reduced. When i went to the till your so called manager Cybile was the one that served me, already she served me with a miserable attitude i brushed it off. She scanned the item which scanned at £55, i mentioned to her that the box is marked £50, with great attitude she said 'it is what it is, what did you see on the display' i told her it doesnt matter what i saw on the display if your employer is handing me a box that is clearly marked at £50 i am going to assume it is reduced to £50, she kept repeating her self and not dealing with the situation professionally, when i said i want to speak to the manager she laughed and said you can im here, what kind of service is this how dare she treat people with great disrespect. I left the item and walked out. I then wanted to complain using your vital chatting system explained the situation, your employer Mason, has told me they can not give me a outcome of the investigation. This is unexceptable, what is the point of the complaints procudure if i am not getting a email explaining the outcome? How am i going to know what has been done? As a customer it is my right to get a full answer on what the outcome is to meet my customer satisfaction. I am making this formal complaint with an expectation of an email sent to me with the outcome with all my customer rights, overwise i am going to take this future i am not going to let anyone to ant company violate my rights like this.

I wish to rate with a zero if I wish,my husband bought something wich cost 32 £and give to the cashier 42£ but he said no you gave32£.We told them to open the camera but they said We can't see nothing to the camera so the steal 10 £to us.Please be careful when you pay because they can steal money to you next time

Rubbish doesn't even have a mirror in the shop , staff are rude and abrupt when I asked for changing room to try on a £60 jacket , out of principle Spent my money across the road at jd sports and won't ever return.

I stopped coming here because every time I did I felt like I was doing something wrong. They always have a huge and intimidating guy at the exit asking you for your receipt when you leave and if you didn?t purchase anything he ask you to show everything you have or he looks at you like he was forgiving you for something.

Emmanuel at the Wood Green branch was really patient with me and actually gave me an opinion when comparing shoes. He even offered up suggestions for a better fitting shoe. Great service !
