They're all RUDE. Terrible at their jobs. No manners & no sense. They'll leave you standing there for eons before even acknowledging your existence, when a simple "we'll be with you as soon as possible" would make the world of difference.The young girls that work here are ruining it.They don't give a heck about jack and talk to customers with ridiculous amounts of attitude as if we've done something to them personally. They clearly hate their jobs and are miserable working there - look for something else. They're absolutely bringing Vodafone down - to the point I actually don't want to renew my contract, just on principal.Why are they hiring people like this?

When I went to the branch I told them that my direct debit card had changed and I wanted them to add a card number from another bank and a fat Indian woman told me that I had to pay an extra £45. I don't think they have the legal right to do that, it's a crime.

The short Turkish girl was very rude and unbelievably disrespectful. I will make a formal complaint about her definitely.

Went here to purchase a SIM card, there were a few customers ahead in the queue, the wait time was about 30 to 40 minutes, as there were only two customer service agents in store. The service agent was friendly, efficient and apologised for the lengthy wait time.

Avoid at all costs. This place is the slowest site you will ever come across. They would favour people who speak their language before everyone, no queue or respect to people who have been waiting for the last 1 hour.Absolute disgrace.

I bought wifi sim package for 1 month use. I called the switchboard to cancel the network registration for the sim after 2 days of use, they forced me to pay for 3 months. really bad . i paid the fee and felt the worst vodafone network in the UK.

Waited at the front of the shop, for about 10 minutes. There was no acknowledgement of me standing there. When I asked if anyone was actually going to acknowledge the fact that I was standing there, staff responded very rudely and became verbally very defensive. Appalling customer service, not very surprised reading the reviews after being here. Avoid at all costs.

Always go to the tall Indian man- AMAZING!!!Service is absolutely slow!Best to order online.5 staffs and the service is at the pace of a dying snail.Some staffs look clueless and others look like they couldn't be asked to work as a team.Vodafone company, need to reinforce teamwork training and workshops, or this store in wood green will be closed soon.
