Shocking service but I'm starting to expect that now from this pharmacy...at least they excel in being poor in customer care. If you are getting a prescription, make sure its submitted at least 10 days in advance otherwise they won't have it and will have to give you an IOU...for medicine!!!

Unprofessional customer service by ALL members of the team.- pushing items at customer- can't handle call to the customer service properly- very rude body language- no patience to listen to the customer requests (just wants the customer to listen)- no interest to satisfy customer needsTo my surprise, this is applicable to all staff working in that store.

Terrible customer service! Prescription never ready on time

Appalling service - constantly missing repeat prescriptions, items missing and claim they send text messages when they don't. Had to phone today to find that my meds were not ready - told they would be ready tomorrow morning, when I've already run out. went to collect my prescription to take elsewhere, only to find it attached to my meds - I still took the prescription elsewhere as a matter of principle. This has happened several times. Bring back the legend that is Ted - for those who are interested, he is now at Concept Chemist in Malden Manor, opposite the Co-op. The chemist is open until 7pm and Ted is ready to serve you - Note he's not there every day, so best check what days he works if you want to see him.Sadly, we will end up losing Boots in WP if it continues like this, even though per square foot, it must be one of the busiest stores. They should have made Ted the manager, and not lost him.

Bad customer service! The member of staff behind the pharmacy counter was dealing with someone when I walked in. She was the only staff on the shop floor, but there were others at the back. After standing for about 10 mins waiting to be served I walked out as I wasn't even acknowledged. Not even 'hello, sorry to keep you waiting, I will be with you shortly'. I don't think she even looked in my direction, as if I didn't exist. I was the only customer in the shop other than the one being served at the pharmacy counter. Poor service.

Absolutely unprofessional, no communication between staff members . I called day before to collect my private prescription and spoke to pharmacist. He confirmed asked me to come after 9am next day. I took 2 hrs off from work went to pharmacy and guess what he is not there nor he has left any note for my prescription. Replacement pharmacist refused to dispense me my medication and not willing to contact the guy. Utterly unhelpful, what a waste of time. This is my two hours which I will never get back. i would give them negative if I could

I have collected my prescription here for 15 years. Received standard text to go and collect it on 22nd August. Went round there on the 24th to find it closed with a note on the door saying they were "closed due to no pharmacist". This remained the case until 30th August !. Then had to queue for a hour due to the backlog. They are now no longer sending out automated prescription reminders either - it's too much effort I think. Not a problem - I went to the GP surgery and have re-routed my medication to Superdrug. What a feeble and utterly rubbish service. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Guy who worked there previously (Ted) was very good, friendly and helpful. Anyone else I?ve dealt with are not friendly and have a bad attitude. I?m there frequently trying to get my prescription. They no longer text you when prescription has arrived and do not answer the phone. They seem to see customers as an inconvenience. If you do not like your job, and are not friendly in a customer service job then leave. ?

Sadly Ted and Roshine have moved on. What stars they were. Somewhat chaotic now but hopefully will settle. (Apologies for spelling of Roshine's name I'm sure this is incorrect)
