No point them offering DHL collection point if they don't look after parcels and lecture customers instead of helping trying to get to the bottom of it after parcel vanished into thin air although got the notifications nearly 3x a day for 4 days after being delivered it's there. But when I went to pick it up, the parcel was nowhere amd they were not cooperating at all, saying they know the driver and they don't get many parcels and it's not those I saw in other corner sussing they might be by mistake chucked w other parcles but they assured me no it isn't they would know . But also the chap nearly handed me over on my arrival without my pick up code a parcel whi h was not mine at all ha!! so of course u start thinking whays going on. I was calm but still didn't get it so I went back before heading home to enquire to look through those pRcels together (1 min job max she could have still go back stuffing her salad from behind the counter... ) but the woman literally lectured me she works there for 30yrs, she knows what she is doing but she refused to go through other parcels w me in case it's human error. Which I would understand but she just became more abusive although I wasn't shouting I just simply didn't understand at all why I m getting the notifications still it's there ready to pic k up. Go contact DHL which is a nightmare anyway.Besides If it's s DHL driver s fault leaving it on van after scanning it having it delivered I don't get that either bc how blind u got to be driving around London for 4 days not noticing still u got sthing still on Yr van... And surely DHL ought to be prepared for this event and check the vans coming back to depot, no???? 4 days! So I would suggest take that DHLcollection point badge away if they can't even vouch for a small parcel amd they start abusing the customer instead of helping....

Not at all helpful staff, the gentleman couldn?t be bothered to help me return a package to Amazon due to not packaged properly. He said that the shop it?s not packgeless service - when it?s clearly written on the EVRI site? He told me to contact Amazon or EVRI to enquire? rude gentleman, not using this shop in future

Thank you guysSo convenient for sending EVRI parcels and having the instore printer to create labels from QR codes is fabulous - even an 'oldie' like me can cope with parcel returns. You are always so helpful and friendly. Thanks again :O)

Would not accept my parcel I was trying to return to Amazon saying it was too big. They say nothing about this anywhere on website so it was a wasted trip and I had to get a cab. They directed me to lockers half a mile down the road saying there was one big enough for the parcel. After carrying it there the lockers were to small so it was a nightmare. Had to carry it another half mile to the next shop and after begging he took it.
