Excellent team at this post office. They have been very helpful to me when I had very heavy boxes. Amazing! I wish all post offices had such helpful staff!

Avoid at all cost, rude staff who don't like to work. Have tried to deposit cash here twice and both times sent away as there system's kept declinig my deposit, they Said it was my fault , went to another post office and had no issues. will be reporting them.

It's fine. You get the odd worker who is miserable anywhere you go! I found most of the staff here very helpful.They can help with passport applications which I highly recommend, after having a bad experience online.

They are running a sloppy service, Posts don't leave their branch or something is wrong. WD476308906GB post was an important document supposed to be delivered next-working-day but was delivered after a week time. This parcel was supposed to be next-working-day delivery but isn't showing delivered at all WD476285480GBI agree with other reviewers below, staff aren't welcoming. They need to be sent out on professional customer-care training course, its for sure.

Rude and ConmanI tried to post 1st class. When I asked for a package the man gave looks (was strange but I ignored). I paid for it and got the first class.I had a delicate package so had some padding around it via bubble wrap. He asked me to step aside and enter address on package. I did so. I asked if I need to know anything to which I was replied to just write down the address.When I was done with the package, I was asked to put the package on weighing machine. The weight came out to be 505 gms. He said I would need to pay extra cause the package is 5 gms more than 500. I told him that he saw the package before so should have asked to weigh it before I sealed it. I could have easily taken the padding out since its only 5 gms. He replied rudely its my problem. I requested to waive it since its only 5 gms. He refused. I asked for alternate, he said to make a hole in the package and take padding out and put some tape.I agreed and asked if I could borrow some tape. He said no and I would need to buy it and pay more!!Completely unprofessional and trying to assist. I paid the extra money for 5 gms and walked out felt cheated.Be careful and ask all the details in advance just to make sure you are not conned to extract more money.

Had a terrible experience in this post office today. One angry male post office worker in particular who should not be allowed to interact with customers. Have made an official complaint to Post Office and strongly encourage others to do the same if you have had issues with the staff/service in this store.

Really bad service.....the staff are unhelpful and miserable. I can't believe how sad and miserable they are. Not to mention the rudeness.!!!! Will rather go elsewhere to post as these guys are "ALLERGIC TO WORK"!!! Beware:- if you're a happy bunny then going to this place will surely turn you into a fire breathing dragon ð??!!!! Stay well away from these guys.

Always a queue, not particularly helpful or friendly staff, staff in the back of the office don't come out to help even when the queue is out of the door.

This is the worst post office Iâ??ve ever been to. The staff are so rude and especially the main owner who was aggressive towards me when I asked to borrow some sellotape. I had to spend £4 on tape which was highly unnecessary seeing as they couldâ??ve just lent me some. They donâ??t even deserve one star. Major customer service training needed

not happy with service i gave my post to lady 3 weeks got first class stamp on it needs to delivered to DVLA its 3 weeks they did not recieved it poor service
