Far too expensive. i can totally understand why they want as much money as possible but look at other, less greedy charity shops which do fine..headway, scope, St Annes, half the price and less than 100m away

Very very disappointed. British heart Foundation has been decreasing since the past few years but I never knew it would hit an all time low point such as this. It's not specific to this store but this one doesn't help the company either. Firstly there is no need for the brand new items the charity keeps displaying and hoping to get a sale out of. I completely understand the importance of representing the company but things like brand new gifts have no place being sold here and it's a waste of charity money. Secondly everything is priced as high as possible. I think they forgot they were a second hand shop where people can come in to look for bargain on a book they couldn't find or afford in Sainsbury's or some gorgeous dress that was last seen years ago or even a dining set for their new refurbished dining room. However these people are all greeted by the same prices as stores which sell brand new and even eBay prices. Books are the same as in Waterstones God forbid there would be an offer on DVDs like four for a pound like in most charity shops. I just don't understand where this went wrong. Every year you've raised your prices and every year I noticed less and less people bothering to enter the shop because they know it's not like age UK. Quite frankly feels like a profit making charity rather than a side charity shop where every little helps. The only positive impact in there are the staff which are always sympathetic.

This shop is not where it shows on Google maps it is on the main street. They open at 9.30 not 9. I came along at 9.28, the door was open, I started browsing then was told to leave because they weren?t open until 9.30. Very poor welcome BHF!

Disgusting price points. Yes, you are a charity shop but how much of your profit actually goes towards the charity?? Most everybody knows only a fraction goes into the actual charity pot..... Also charity shops were supposed to serve the community as well as the charity itself. If you couldn't afford a brand new sofa, you could get one for a FAIR price from a charity shop whilst also helping that cause too. Your prices would be laughable if not so sad. Greedy!!!

Have some nice stuff in here, but itâ??s quite for a charity shop. I was in her looking at records and they were to overpriced for what they are.

Nice staff, but all the good stuff seems to be donated to the other Charity shops.
