DHL is amazing because of its employees. Great service from Ms.Vikki and Mr.James. They guided us step by step on the process and made sure everything was packed well. Had a very smooth process and would definitely use DHL again.

Terrible and nonsense politics to deliver pparcels. We called to DHL phone number to collect a few parcels from our hotel after an exhibition at Manchester central and they told us better to take the parcels to the depot DHL ware house near the airport so we follow their instructions and when we came to the customer office they say they have to check everything in the parcels, so 4000 leaflets one by one. That's a nonsense company policy. I understand safety reasons but all we have is an evidence we are staff for an exhibition stand. Never again in my life will use DHL and I will cancel my international account in my residency country.
