Awful experience here! We had an accident where paint fell on the floor, we told a female staff member (brown hair, middle aged, short) so it could be cleared up so no one would fall. When putting the sign out she was extremely rude stating we?d done it on purpose! Who in the right mind goes into a store to purposely drop stuff of the shelves??! I asked another staff member for the name of her colleague and her face fell and she pretended not to know her name. Coincidentally the person who was rude to us ran to the office before we could make them aware of how she had been. If that?s the staff you want there go ahead, I wouldn?t recommend shopping here. What?s more frustrating is you always get told to give staff respect as they don?t tolerate rudeness from customers, shouldn?t that be the other way round too? Why is it ok for staff to be rude to the customers and get away with it?

Excellent goods in team member including very professional fork truck driver. Limited access as loading area very small. Drive in and reverse out.

Plenty of car parking available. I checked on-line that the store had the 2 items I needed but didn't use the 'click & collect' service available. The store was quite quiet considering it was a Saturday afternoon.

I waited for a long time at the collection desk, there was only one person. My first visit was a helpful cheerful young lady, she was lovely and helful giving me time and walking with me around to find what I was looking for. I gave a (star less) for the lack of emplyees. The prices are better than B and Q.
