“Great hotel, one of the older Premier Inns so don’t be expecting too much from the rooms we were in 224, nice and clean and comfortable. “Nice hotel, very basic but very clean, we were in the disabled room as my mum has mobility issues, the room and wet room was big, so plenty of room for her to get around with her walker. I only had to issues, 1 I couldn't find the car park, so had to go inside to find out where it was, but the lovely blonde haired lady on reception (16/9/23) directed me to it. The other issue was they had a 4 slot domestic toaster in breakfast room, but only 2 slots was working and on 1 of the mornings there was 12 of us having breakfast, so you can imagine how much fun that was us all trying to get toast, not are why someone didnt go to local asda and get another. Overall would stay here ago and intend to next Yr, hopefully toaster issue will be sorted by then”

“Stayed for 5 nights for work with my service dog. Wonderful welcome from Cheyenne on arrival, easy check in. Room was clean, housekeeping clearly take pride in their work. Breakfast chef and waiting staff extremely friendly. Nice atmosphere in the evenings. This hotel is an excellent choice for work stays. It’s convenient, functional and felt safe.
