First time having acrylic?s, Jade who did my nails was really nice and they?re perfect. The salon is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming, overall great place to go.

really disappointed with the customer service and lack of effort I used come here a lot but the best workers have left ,it?s badly run and I will not be coming here again.

Out of date products... plz ask to see dates use same nail files over and over again through numerous people staff come and go like tomorrow very poorly ran and if you leave on bad terms they sabotage you from getting jobs in other sunbed shops absolutely disgraceful.. clueless owners who tell staff to google things because there utterly clueless on beauty all they know is sunbeds everything else is guess work... also have messages of owner telling me to use out of date products will upload them to show all customers of there bad practices

Amazing place to work I?m with Hudson team for nearly 6 years I had lots of experience before in different salon but I never seen that much organised, supportive, great costumer services, and clean salon.Every workplace has its own rules and following the rules is not everyone's job.

Horrible place to work do nothing but lie have you working like a robot all day.. charge you for training and withhold certificates back to back for 10 hours some days.. even write there own reviews when negative feedback is presented. Don't care about staff what so ever and use out of date products.. forced overtime. Messages all night on group chat get called ignorant if don?t reply or rude. Have to practically beg for new files and would send 2 or 3 if lucky. Never in my life have I experienced such poor management or felt so miserable at work. Glad to be out of there stick your certificates 400 pound all i did for them as well.. very little care

Very unorganised & unprofessional company to work for. I was honest in my interview about the beauty treatments I am confident to charge full price for, in my trade test I did a set of gel nails which I wasn?t confident in I explained I?ve only charged model prices and they offered me the job and told me not to worry because they take on school leavers. Nobody shown me round the salon I was expected to have a look round and familiarised myself with where everything went, they said they would introduce Dermaplaning into the business as I am qualified and confident in this treatment. Still waiting over 2 months later. They booked me one of their facials in, I was asking about the products and steps of the facial as I hadn?t heard of this particular one before, I was told to have a look round the salon for notes or have a look online which is not a professional way to operate a company leaving staff unprepared. Customers complain there?s not enough beauty therapists, the boss books out therapists back to back for the 8 hours a day they are there, shortening appointments ?to fit more in? staff welfare and staff retention is the lowest priority. There is no salon manager that completes stock lists etc. you?re expected to hold keys, cash up, lock up with no managerial title and staff in the salon are micromanaged. On the job description I applied for it said experience in beauty is PREFERRED but training WILL BE provided to the right candidate. I assumed the right candidate was myself since I was offered the job and the boss said she would get OPI in to train me however there was no training offered or given at any point of my employment. My customer service skills are second to none, I was professional and the clients loved me always commenting on my presence in the salon but that didn?t seem good enough because I wasn?t fully up to scratch with nails and they clearly wasn?t making enough money out of me to keep me there however, had I of got the training i was told I would get, I know I would of been able to improve my skills and become an excellent nail tech.

Absolutely fuming!Received a call less than 24 hours before my nail appointment and they said it had to be cancelled due to change to staff hours. I booked this appointment two weeks ago and they had plenty of time to tell me of their new opening hoursOffered to rebook for a later date but I am going on holiday the next day.Definitely won't be coming here again!!Book at your own risk.

I went there in December last year to get m years done gor holiday and it was AMAZINGGGGG!!! they were really nice to me and I felt like they're my friends while getting my nails done and couldn't stop looking at my nails and smiling at them ????? and I got alot of complements on them I really think its a good place to go.
